Hi, I’m Heidi — a strategist, storyteller, mother, artist, and lifelong creative.

I’m Heidi Coletto, a Miami-based marketing and business development leader with more than 15 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, construction, and real estate industries. My career has been built around helping companies grow — not just by making them look good, but by helping them understand who they are, what they stand for, and how to communicate their value with confidence.

I specialize in brand positioning, business development strategy, proposal leadership, public relations, creative direction, content, campaigns, client engagement, and the kind of storytelling that turns experience into opportunity.

But that is only one part of who I am.

I am also a mother, wife, daughter, woman of faith, creative, painter, fashion lover, and firm believer that personal style is a language. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico and now live, work, and create in Miami — a city that has shaped so much of my color, energy, rhythm, and point of view.

Creativity has always been part of me. Before marketing, before proposals, before boardrooms and business development meetings, there was fashion. There were dance costumes, sketches, red lips, bold accessories, and a need to make things feel like me. Over time, that same creative instinct became the foundation of my career.

I learned that branding is not just about logos. It is about trust.

Marketing is not just about content. It is about connection.

Style is not just about clothes. It is about identity.

Art is not just about the finished piece. It is about the practice.

That belief is what inspired this space.

Here, you will find the professional and the personal living side by side: AEC marketing, brand strategy, business growth, fashion, art, motherhood, faith, and honest reflections on becoming. I am not interested in pretending everything is perfectly curated. I am interested in creating, learning, building, and sharing the process.

My painting page, Unpolished Practice, was born from that same idea. It is a reminder that creativity does not have to be perfect to be powerful. Sometimes the work is messy. Sometimes the colors change. Sometimes the first layer is not the final one. The same is true in business, motherhood, leadership, and life.

At my core, I am a builder of stories — for companies, for communities, for myself, and for anyone trying to create something that feels true.

Heidi manages to execute strategies eloquently and quickly enough for the estimating and sales team to follow and bring results. I was astonished at some ideas that were cost effective and brought results. It is a joy to work with Heidi. There was never a moment when she was not enthusiastic about a challenge. Her positive energy is extremely contagious and motivates the team she directs. She never cracks under company pressure and meets deadlines and always with a smile.”
